This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Moco-co (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information obtained from users (“you” or “your”) in connection with your access to and use of our services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you must not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information for the purposes described below:

  • Server IDs, user IDs, and usernames to provide and improve the Service.
  • Error logs, performance metrics, and usage data to monitor, maintain, and improve functionality.
  • Information provided via API interactions for integration and feature functionality.
  • Member join/leave events, role information, and user identifiers (Discord IDs) as required to perform moderation and verification tasks.

3. Use of Information

Information collected by Moco-co is used exclusively to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
  • Perform automated moderation and verification tasks that help server owners maintain safe communities.
  • Diagnose and fix technical issues, bugs, or errors.
  • Enhance features and functionality based on usage patterns.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or to comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

How data is handled in transit and a rest:

  • Moco-co retains data for no longer than 72 hours (3 days), after which all stored data is automatically deleted.
  • Temporary caching is used only for operational purposes (e.g., verifying members or processing moderation actions).
  • Users or server administrators may request earlier deletion of their data by contacting the developer via the support server.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

How your data is shared:

  • Moco-co does not sell, trade, or otherwise share personal information with third parties.
  • Data is never used for advertising, profiling, or analytics.
  • Information may only be disclosed if required by law or to comply with a valid legal request.

6. Security

  • Moco-co uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data transfers.
  • Access to systems processing data is restricted to the developer and protected by multi-factor authentication.
